MHS takes the safety of our staff, patrons and collections seriously. By booking an appointment or timed ticket, you agree to observe general MHS policy and procedure, including specific COVID-19 related protocol, including agreeing to:  

• Wear a mask (face coverings) for the duration of your visit.
• Implement social distancing protocols.
• Practice good hygiene, including hand washing.
• Abide by state mandated self-quarantine regulations if you've travelled out of, or arrived from outside ME, NH or VT fourteen days before your visit.
• Cancel your appointment if you or a member of your household family are:  feeling “under the weather”; presenting cold or flu-like symptoms; live in a house hold with someone with cold of flu-like symptoms; have been asked to self-quarantine; or have come in contact with a person with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Patrons booking a research appointment also agree to observe the MHS Collection Use Guidelines.
